So I go to the site and see some weird stuff going on there. The "owner" of the site set up a seperate blog with a post talking about the error. This post has about 100 comments on it about the very thing that I found. Also, there is a huge thread on the bungie forums on the same issue. I checked the WHOIS information for this site, and it looks like it was first registered on June 14, 2004.
So, my theory is that this is some really weird marketing from Microsoft. We'll have to wait and see what happens here.
